HANDLING TIMES

We process all orders within 1-2 business days excluding holidays and weekends. Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Weekends and public holidays are not included.

SHIPPING TIMES

• Shipping Times Within the U.S Range From: 2 - 7 business days depending on location
• Canada: US Shipping Time + Additional 2 - 3 weeks

We accept returns and  size exchanges within 30 days of delivery confirmation. All items must be in new, un-worn condition. Please fill out our online exchange form on our website to submit your exchange. Furovo Pets is not responsible if the shipping information provided at check out is incorrect. We are not liable if the item is lost or stolen after the item has been marked delivered by your local postal service. Please ensure the delivery location is a safe environment.
